Bays Lung Rose Holma Announces Two New Partners
HONOLULU – Bays Lung Rose Holma is pleased to welcome Christian D. Chambers and David R. Major to the partnership, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Chambers concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation involving real estate matters, business disputes and insurance issues. He has successfully represented clients in major construction litigation, mass tort claims, bankruptcy proceedings and medical billing disputes. He is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Shidler College of Business.
Major concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation involving condominium and planned community associations, business disputes and construction issues. He also provides legal services in the drafting and monitoring of design and construction contracts for a variety of complex projects. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was the technical editor of the Santa Clara Law Review.
