BLRH Partner Michael Carroll is lead counsel for several small businesses in the Kakaako area of Honolulu against a landowner who claims to own the major streets in the area. These streets include Queen Street, Kawaihao Street, and Cooke Street. Our client is seeking to establish that the roads have been dedicated to the public and a private company does not have the ability to charge for parking in the area.
