Harvey Lung and David Major were successful in obtaining an award from the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii in favor of their client Highway Inn and its co-defendants for $284,655 as reimbursement for attorneys fees and costs spent in defending against copyright infringement claims brought by a California-based architecture firm.
