Partners Sarah Love and Bruce Voss represented Waikoloa Development Company, the master developer for the Waikoloa Beach Resort, to secure an order from the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii to enforce contractual agreements made with a time share developer to construct major improvements at the intersection of Queen Kaahumanu Highway and Waikoloa Beach Drive on the Island of Hawaii. Read the decision by U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson finding the time share developer in breach of its contractual obligations to construct the much needed intersection improvements. As a result of the Court’s Decision and further negotiation, construction of the intersection improvements began in December 2015.
