Ciarra B. Sapigao is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where her areas of
practice include construction, real estate, condominium, business and complex commercial
litigation.
Ms. Sapigao graduated from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School
of Law in 2022, where she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest
grade in Escrow & Title. She was a recipient of the Bruce C. Bigelow Memorial Scholarship
and the Gregory Conlan Memorial Scholarship.
During law school, Ms. Sapigao served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justine Sabrina S.
McKenna, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Hawai‘i and as an Advanced Criminal
Law Scholar for Professor Justin D. Levinson. She was also a Staff Writer for both the
University of Hawai‘i Law Review and the Asian-Pacific Law and Policy Journal. Ms. Sapigao
served as Treasurer for the Hawai‘i chapter of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi
Delta Phi.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Sapigao worked for six years as a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) at the New York City office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), a global public
accounting and professional services firm. She holds active CPA licenses in New York and
Hawai‘i.
