C. Brandon Fields is an associate in the firm’s transactional and litigation departments. His areas of practice include business asset transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, UCC-9 secured transactions, complex corporate governance disputes, complex real estate disputes, and condominium association disputes.

Mr. Fields graduated from Tulane University Law School in 2020. While attending Tulane University Law School, Mr. Fields focused his studies on international business transactions, shipping and maritime law, and Contracts for the International Sale Of Goods (CISG). During his tenure at Tulane University Law School, Mr. Fields worked both of his law school summers as a summer associate in Tokyo, Japan, for the law firm The Law Offices of Toda and Co., where he engaged in assisting with complex international shipping and maritime disputes and international business transactions. While at Tulane University Law School, Mr. Fields also created and initiated a continuing law school exchange program between Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, LA and Chuo University Graduate School of Law in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Fields also attended Humboldt University’s International Arbitration and International Mediation programs in Berlin, Germany, where he received certificates in both fields respectively. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Fields also received a certificate in maritime law in addition to his J.D.
