Overview
Peter is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, specializing in land use, commercial lease matters, title and boundary disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and real property disclosure litigation. He brings a wealth of academic and professional experience to his practice, with a strong background in legal scholarship and advocacy.
Peter graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2025, where he served as the Volume 26 Managing Editor and a Volume 25 Staff Editor of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal, and as a competing member of the Native American Moot Court Team.
During law school, Peter served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald (Ret.) at the Hawai‘i Supreme Court and to the Honorable R. Mark Browning (Ret.), Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawai‘i. He was also a research assistant to Professor Miyoko T. Pettit-Toledo.
Born in Korea and raised in Honolulu since age nine, Peter is a graduate of Kalani High School. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Jiu Jitsu and has coached classes ranging from children to adults.
