Overview
David E. Case is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where he focuses on real estate, construction, business, land use, and complex commercial litigation. A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law, Mr. Case brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to his practice.
During law school, Mr. Case honed his legal skills as a Teaching Assistant in the Academic Success Program for Real Property I and Constitutional Law I. He also served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawaii Law Review, where he developed a strong foundation in legal research and writing.
