Pacific Business News has quoted attorney and Bays Lung Rose Holma partner Michael Carroll in a story about Ledcor Construction Hawaii’s efforts to receive payment for construction work done on the Four Season Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.  Carroll said nearly $1 million is outstanding, a portion of which has been paid and that he hoped to collect the balance through mediation.

Bays Lung Rose Holma filed suit last week on behalf of Ledcor in the 1st Circuit Court of Honolulu against The Resort Group and Westbank for $911,194 in unpaid construction costs on the multi-million-dollar transformation of the property.
